Cllr Rod McKerlich

County Councillor for Radyr and Morganstown

Rod is a former Captain of Radyr Golf Club and Cardiff Hockey Club and is a former Chairman of Radyr Tennis Club. He retired from a business career in 2005 and became County Councillor representing  Radyr and Morganstown in 2008, being re-elected  in 2012. With his financial background and strong interest in the Environment, he is party spokesman on these topics and serves on the relevant committees. He is a member of the Fire Authority and is a trustee  of Cardiff And Vale Pension Fund. He has recently become a Community Councillor to work for enhanced  cooperation between that body and Cardiff Council.
