Overdevelopment

Llandaff Conservatives called on the Welsh Govenment to 'call in' the plans and proposed development Labour has nodded through the seven storey building that will include 44 new flats on the site they had previously spent £1 million upgrading only to then close.

The Council then spent another £680,000 clearing the sight despite fears that it is still contaminated.

Councillor Sean Driscoll and Matt Smith will continue to scrutinise this unwanted development that was imposed on Llandaff without proper consultation. Labour has now nodded the seven storey development through.

Llandaff Conservatives will keep scrutinising the Waungron Road development to minimise disruption.
